Refund policy
All our products are handcrafted one piece at a time. and it is therefore very rare to create identical items. Every piece is manufactured based on standard manufacturing processes including formulation mixing, forming etc. There may be natural color variations / blemishes / texture variations which are not product flaws. Such variations are inherent in the base material and the manufacturing process of handmade products, and these in fact make your purchase special and truly one-of-a-kind.
It is due to the process of handcrafting that each product gets it unique beauty and hence we are unable to take back any goods once sold. However, we do offer a replacement in the case of any manufacturing defect. You can return any item except, personal care / bath & body products, and everlasting florals.
Replacement PolicyIn case you detect a manufacturing defect, you are encouraged to contact Customer Care within 48 hours of receipt of delivery of the product in order to be eligible for a replacement. You can contact Customer Care on +91 – 91374 92986 or write in to customercare@houseofedi.com mentioning the issue and validating the same via photographs of the product received.
Please note: (1) We offer Reverse Pickup only for a selected set of pin codes. (2) You can check if your pin code has this facility by contacting customercare@houseofedi.com
If we are unable to provide for pick up from your pin code, you would be required to ship the item back to. You can mail the replacement item to the follow address:
