Shipping & Payments

We use registered courier partners for shipment of all our orders. Our delivery partners are trustworthy and reliable and ensure safe delivery of goods to your doorstep.

  • Domestic Orders: usually delivered within 7-10 business days depending on destination pin code.
  • International Orders: usually delivered within 30 to 45 business days.
  • Pre-Orders / Bulk: in 45 days unless specified otherwise at time of confirmation.
Do note:

- For International Orders: in case you wish to place a reverse pick up, please contact customer care with your order details.

- Weekends (Sat & Sun) and Public Holidays are not considered as working days for standard deliveries.

Shipping Charges

We have a standard shipping and handling charge for all deliveries in India. This charge is provided to you at the time of check out and provided you have entered a valid shipping address in your account details which is made available at time of check out. Do note that all shipping and handling rates vary from product to product, its size, volumetric size, any additional instructions for shipping, shipment mode and the destination or shipping address. In the case of any variance from our standard shipping and handling charges, any such variance shall be displayed at the time of cart check out for your order.

Duties & Taxes

Do note that for international orders, duties & taxes are not included in your order value and the same would be applicable over and above shipping and handling charges at the time of check out. Many a times countries levy the duty & taxes at time of release of the package at port of discharge and the recipient is expected to complete all necessary formalities for release of the package. You may need to pay such duties & taxes to the shipping agency / company such as FedEx, UPS etc. once you receive intimation from them with the details of such duties and taxes.

Central Shipping

We ship all our orders from our own warehouse located in Mumbai and we would provide you with an order number for you to keep track of your order with the 3rd party shipping partner.

Non-Availability On Delivery

Our Courier Partners shall attempt to deliver the package two times to the address provided by you before booking the package as RTO. You are expected to provide complete and accurate details in your shipping address including pin code and a valid email and mobile number. These details help us deliver the orders efficiently.

Modes Of Payment

We accept all major debit & credit cards, as well as Net Banking options across major banks. For all international transactions, kindly contact Customer Care till we make this facility available online via e-payment options.

Returns / Replacements

All our products are handcrafted one piece at a time. and it is therefore very rare to create identical items. Every piece is manufactured based on standard manufacturing processes including formulation mixing, forming etc. There may be natural color variations / blemishes / texture variations which are not product flaws. Such variations are inherent in the base material and the manufacturing process of handmade products, and these in fact make your purchase special and truly one-of-a-kind.

What items can you return?

It is due to the process of handcrafting that each product gets it unique beauty and hence we are unable to take back any goods once sold. However, we do offer a replacement in the case of any manufacturing defect. You can return any item except, personal care / bath & body products, and everlasting florals.

Replacement Policy

In case you detect a manufacturing defect, you are encouraged to contact Customer Care within 48 hours of receipt of delivery of the product in order to be eligible for a replacement. You can contact Customer Care on +91 – 91374 92986 or write in to customercare@houseofedi.com mentioning the issue and validating the same via photographs of the product received.

We offer Reverse Pickup only for a selected set of pin codes

You can check if your pin code has this facility by contacting customercare@houseofedi.com

If we are unable to provide for pick up from your pin code, you would be required to ship the item back to us.

You can mail the replacement item to the following address:

Your product would be replaced subject to:

  • The item (s) you’ve sent back are unused, unsoiled and do not show any deliberate damage caused
  • The packaging has the original tags and marks in place
A replacement would be shipped once we receive the original item at the address mentioned above. Do note replacement timelines may vary depending on availability of stock of the product being returned. All / any replacement product should be returned within 14 days from the dispatch date. Any returned item received by us which does not meet these afore-mentioned conditions would not be accepted and there would be no replacements/reimbursements of any nature in such situations.
